Mara Antonoff
Dr. Antonoff is an Associate Professor of Thoracic Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center, with clinical research investigating pulmonary metastatic disease, early detection of lung cancer, local consolidative therapy for advanced stage lung cancer, and sex-related differences in prognosis and outcomes of lung cancer surgery. She’s additionally engaged in surgical education research, as both a previous graduate and current faculty member for the ASE Surgical Education Research Fellowship. She holds leadership roles with the AATS, STS, WTS, IASLC, TSDA, AWS, ISMICS, and CTSNet, and she serves on the editorial boards of Annals of Thoracic Surgery, Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Innovations, and Journal of Thoracic Disease.

Arvind Kumar
Arvind Kumar is a medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai. His research focus is lung cancer surgery for non-small-cell lung cancer, and specific topics of interest include minimally invasive surgery, lung cancer TNM staging, and treatment of stage IVa NSCLC.
